Strawberry & Honey Breakfast Smoothie

RECIPE TIPS:
Try using strawberry yogurt instead of natural yogurt. Try using raspberries instead of strawberries. When they’re out of season use frozen ones instead – there’s no need to thaw them before blending.
Who wouldn’t want breakfast in a glass? Especially if that means you only need one hand to eat it. Chuck a banana, honey, Jordans Cereal, yoghurt, milk and strawberries in a blender. Blend, pour, sip and you’re good to go.

¾ cup strawberries, roughly chopped
½ cup cup low fat natural yogurt, or any of your own choice
1 banana, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup honey
1 ½ cups Jordans Cereal of your choice
¾ cup skim milk or nut milk variety
