Strawberry & Honey Breakfast Smoothie

DIRECTIONS

  • Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blitz, blitz and blitz until you can blitz no more, or until it’s smooth. Add extra milk if you like a thinner smoothie. Add more honey to taste.
  • Pour into 4 glasses, then serve.

RECIPE TIPS:
Try using strawberry yogurt instead of natural yogurt. Try using raspberries instead of strawberries. When they’re out of season use frozen ones instead – there’s no need to thaw them before blending.

Who wouldn’t want breakfast in a glass? Especially if that means you only need one hand to eat it. Chuck a banana, honey, Jordans Cereal, yoghurt, milk and strawberries in a blender. Blend, pour, sip and you’re good to go.
